Currently a Pearl Mahogany 22". If I was buying a new kit it'd be an 18" though.

Once in the spring when the weather warms up and once in the autumn when it gets cold with intonation adjustments every time I change strings. Most of the "never setup" people I deal with are amazed at the difference it makes and never even realized how a guitar is supposed to feel and play.

I have Shure KSM 44s and they are amazing. I would go with the 27 based on the durability of the 44s and the reliability and customer service of Shure. As for the problem of hearing noise from across the room... IT'S A LARGE DIAPHRAGM CONDENSER!!!!!!! Of course it's gonna pick up background noise, y...

I went with Sabian almost from their inception because they're simply more customer service oriented and innovative than the competition... I've also found their cymbals to sound better, probably because they'll make me whatever I want no matter how bizarre it may be! For a while I was playing Sabia...

I voted Jazzbox, My Starcaster and Blues-90 have been my mains for about 6 months now.

I was originally a drummer/keyboardist, then I got sick of dealing with guitarists that have no rhythm and don't know one bit of theory... so I became a REAL rhythm guitarist. One who actually knows how to construct chords and riffs and play them in time! Now I'm getting sick of singers who have no ...

Twin has to be the ultimate amp hands down, but I play a 4-amp rig with the Twin, Power Chorus, Princeton Chorus and a Vibro Champ... Whatever amp you use, try running with multiple, it makes things sound so much better. Especially if you mix solidstate and tube and different speaker sets.

My Fender Roscoe Beck V is the sweetest bass I've ever played or heard... although I won't mind inheriting my dad's Hofner Beatle Bass!
