I think you'll find that the high-end Pacific drums run significantly more than the other drumsets you've listed. A set of LX Pacifics will cost about $1200 in stores whereas the other drums you mention all go for less than $900. I would suggest Pacific's CX line is a more appropriate equivalent of the Export, Stage Custom, and Rockstar/Superstar lines. So, iven the choices, I would pick the Pacific LX ahead of the others as they use all-maple shells and are a rough correlate to DW's old Workshop Series.
Also, as an alternative to the Big Four most people seem to buy into, I like to suggest Mapex's Pro M Series drums, which are competitively priced and made of a quality the mass-produced mid-range kits don't touch.
