I've bought a ton o' crap this past month. I know Grady has too. Anyone else single-handedly supporting the Buffalo economy through gear purchases in the past month?

I bought:
17 pairs of Vic Firth Buddy Rich sticks: $130
used Sovtek Mig-60 head: $345
used Marshall 1960a 2x12 cab: $225
Schalloch Doumbek: $35
Vintage DOD compressor/gate: $35
Re-headed my entire (gigging) drumset: $105
Fostex 2016 Line Mixer: $55
SKB Bass flight case: $65 (gift)
Finally retiring my vintage Speed King for a modern version: $115
Blasters snare wires: $30

I've been bitching about being broke and not knowing where any of my money went, but wow, writing it out sure explains it. And that was just the past month. :yikes:

I just spent $2.17 on Lockerz for my snare and $10.67 shipping on a cymbal trade.
But I'm saving for my Dunnett SS and that's going to set me back a bit.

2 Dunlop nylon guitar picks: $0.96

I'm done buying gear for a while. I actually need to sell some of this shit. I have like 6 guitars lying around, a Slingerland I wish I had time to play, + tons of various pedals, effects and gadgets...

i'm somewhere north of 10 grand since january. i've spent 3,000+ since sunday. i'm close but i'm not quite done upgrading yet. anybody got a crown ma 3600 lying around? i'm way broke but i just can't be satisfied. once you start the upgrade dance something you thought was a strong link eventually becomes the weak link as everything around it is upgraded.

Since the beginning of the year, I've spent closer to $2000, since November of last year, about $5000. :yikes:

You guys need to post the good so we can drool. :-)
