Big Mike & The Motivators is a Rochester, NY-based roots band dedicated to making sure you can’t stand still!
Originally, Big Mike & The Motivators was made up of members who have jammed together and played in other bands but had never been in the same band altogether. Finally, Mike D’Aurizio, Carmen Verzillo, Joey Salicetti, Phil Supernault, & Marc Zimmerman had the opportunity to get together and Big Mike & The Motivators was born.
Mike, Carmen, and Phil are excited to announce that Tom Petrus and John Chaffer have become Motivators. Tom not only plays keys but also adds guitar and slide guitar to our mix. John was John Cole’s drummer in the John Cole Blues Band before their front man’s passing. Both are good people, great motivators.
