Boy Jr

Boy Jr. is the songwriting/ production project of recent Purchase College music conservatory alum Erica Allen-Lubman. Running with the sub-sub-subgenre, “sorta glamorous, arm flailing garage pop,” Boy Jr. aims to provide an up-on-your-feet live performance experience full of powerful guitar riffs, driving electronic drums, and expressive vocals. Taking inspiration from both early 2000s garage rock such as The Strokes and The Killers, and current indie rock artists like Joywave and St. Vincent, Boy Jr. will be releasing new material this year.
