Fowls was formed in March 2011 with the intention of creating more diverse and intriguing music. They take influences from such bands as Maps and Atlases, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Wild Beasts, Say Anything, and Dear and The Headlights. In turn, they create layered compositions with each instrument bringing in its own texture.
