Hailing from Buffalo, NY, Winski is a Pop Punk/Indie soul train compromised of Ed Slowinski, Joe Musial, & Jason Arenos. What started off as a Singer/Songwriter Acoustic act, Ed Slowinski’s dream to form into a full band finally came to life in 2017. With influences by Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, AFI, Senses Fail, John Mayer, Rise Against, Yellowcard and Eric Clapton and pouring their feelings into their music from all of their Broken Hearts from Loves Past and bad Tinder Dates. Winski is sweeping Western, NY. Combining all of these members and genre’s was a risky move for Winski. What started off as a one man Acoustic act, Ed Slowinski reached out for a drummer. Joe Musial was that drummer. While still in a Metal band, Joe lightened his grip and drew the beats for the new Winski. After a few lineup changes, Noah Westfall filled out the lower end on Bass and backing Vocals and Jason Arenos on Lead Guitar. Winski is not shy to the Stage. Selling out many local buffalo shows. Winski has also shared the stage with Metro Station on select dates of 2 different tours including their final 10 Year Anniversary/Farewell Tour. They have also shared the stage with Secondhand Serenade, SayWeCanFly, & Landon Tewers of The Plot in You. All while embarking on 5 DIY Tours, and writing and releasing 2 EP’s. In 2018, Winski has a lot in store. With plans of another tour and the Release of their 3 rd EP, nothing will stop Winski.
